Refund Policy

Introduction

At Munu International Abroad Education Consultancy Services, we value our clients’ trust and aim to provide the best possible experience in assisting students with their educational pursuits abroad. However, we understand that situations may arise where a client may seek a refund. To provide transparency, this refund policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted, ensuring clarity for both the clients and our consultancy.

1. Registration Fee Refund Policy

The registration fee is a crucial part of the application process, allowing us to begin our services for each client effectively. This fee covers administrative costs, initial assessments, and consultancy services.

Refund Window
  • If a client decides to request a refund, they must do so within 5 calendar days from the date of payment then  35% of your Payment will be Refund.
  • The request must be submitted in writing via email to info@munuedu.com or in person at our office.
Non-Refundable After 5 Days
  • After the 5-day window has passed, the registration fee becomes non-refundable.
  • No refund requests will be considered beyond this period, regardless of the reason provided.

2. No Refund Once the Process Starts

Our consultancy services involve various stages, including document verification, university shortlisting, application submission, and visa processing. These stages require significant time, effort, and resources from our team.

Policy Details:

  • Once any part of the application process has begun—be it initial consultation, document collection, or communication with educational institutions—the registration fee is non-refundable.

Examples of Process Initiation:

  • Document Review: The process is considered initiated once our team starts reviewing the client’s documents.
  • University Shortlisting: If our consultants begin compiling a list of universities or colleges based on the client’s profile.
  • Communication with Institutions: Any form of communication initiated with educational bodies on behalf of the client.

3. Special Cases & Exceptions

While our refund policy is stringent to maintain fairness and operational efficiency, we acknowledge that unique circumstances may arise. In such cases, the refund request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure Events

In exceptional circumstances like natural disasters or political unrest, Munu International may consider a partial refund.

Unforeseen Personal Circumstances

If the client provides valid documentation for severe personal emergencies, we may review and decide accordingly.

4. Refund Procedure

  1. Submit a Refund Request: The client must send a written request to info@munuedu.com with all necessary details.
  2. Review and Approval: The request will be reviewed within 7 working days.
  3. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days.

5. Non-Refundable Services

  • Document Translation Services are non-refundable once the translation work has begun.
  • Visa Application Fee paid to consulates is non-refundable.
  • University Application Fees are non-refundable.

6. Important Notes

Munu International reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. The decision regarding any refund request is final.
